Ryan Arthur, co-founder
Carol’s son Ryan Arthur co-founded HOAQM with her in 2005, working alongside Carol until 2010. He spent the next fifteen years running another small business (a patent firm) and in tech as a chief of staff and head of operations at high-growth startups. He returned in 2026 to co-manage the company alongside Carol.
Carol’s sister, Chris Lopez, has been HOAQM’s bookkeeper since 2010.
We work with a small number of communities at a time and take on new ones carefully. If a board is reconsidering who manages their HOA, we’d welcome a conversation.
